Hello!

Thanks for visiting my page. My name is Kaci Larick and this year I will be participating in the world race and I could not be more excited! I chose to go on the world race knowing that God has called me to missions but not being entirely sure on the specifics regarding where and what. Last summer I got to spend 2 months in Kenya on an internship and I loved it! I learned that I enjoy learning languages and that there is so much more to this world than I had ever imagined possible. I learned that I'm more adaptable than I believed I could be, that there is so much beauty in culture and in the world God created, and I also learned that summer that God did not create me for an office job. I'm much more hands on and active than sitting in an office requires. I know God has called me to the missions field and I have been praying for Him to send me. This year, He is sending me on the World Race and I'm excited to follow where He will lead.

Here are some other tidbits of information you might like to know about me:

*I'm 24 years old and lived in Southern California most my life.

*I have 2 older sisters, a younger brother and a super awesome niece.

*I moved to Oregon for school and then stayed for a year after graduating.

*I have a bachelors degree in ministry from Corban University in Salem, OR.

*I fell in love with God and His word in college. Although I grew up in a Christian home and always believed in Him, it wasn't until my time at Corban that I really became committed to my relationship with Him.

*I LOVE all things Disney!

*I love kids and serve with the children's ministry in my church almost every week as well as being a toddler teacher during the week.

*I played soccer most of my life (and stopped due to various injuries).

*Chocolate, cheese and potatoes are some of my favorites (though not all together....)
